What We're Sipping: Cabernet Sauvignon

2007 Blackburn Cabernet Sauvignon
While attending a tasting, I had the opportunity to taste this wine and I was impressed...by it's taste and price.  Priced at $12, Blackburn Cabernet Sauvignon drinks like a $25 bottle. Hailing from Paso Robles, its aroma of dark fruit, blackcurrant, and pepper creates great anticipation to savor. Bold flavors of dark cherry, pepper, oak and a slight hint of green pepper makes this an awesome California Cab.  Enjoy this with lamb, steak, or to celebrate the day.

Suggested to those that enjoy:  bold reds

Blackburn Cabernet Sauvignon: $12.00
