Last week I was asked numerous times if I've tried Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon. Due to inquiries, I had to purchase and I was glad! Ripe dark fruit, pepper and a hint of chocolate on the nose. Dark cherry, blueberry, leather (yeah, take a quick lick of your belt), and cocoa completed with a long finish fosters a delightful drinking experience.
