What We're Sipping: Sparkling Shiraz

Paringa Sparkling Shiraz

First, I enjoy observing dark red wine in my flute! As we know, Australia excels at producing Shiraz and this wine proves this theory to be fact. Blackberries on the nose, while enjoying you experience chocolate, pepper, and blackberries.  Even though it is lighter in style due to being a sparkling, I highly enjoy that the varietal remains true to its flavor profile while appeasing lovers of bubbly and Shiraz.  Enjoy with red meat, duck, and barbecue.

    Another food it pairs really well with is Roast Turkey, so get ready this thanksgiving!
