What We're Sipping: CA Sauvignon Blanc

Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc
I am a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc enthusiast. However, lately I've been desiring to discover good California Sauvignon Blancs in which I was introduced to Joel Gott. Hints of tropical fruit and grass on the nose. When tasting, your palate will detect tropical fruit, light citrus, and grass, completed with satisfying acidity that beckons a second glass. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with a chicken club sandwich, striped bass, and goat cheese.
Suggested for those that enjoy: Pinot Blanc

  1. My favorite "affordable" Sauvignon Blanc is Kim Crawford. My guess if you're a NZ fan, you probably like it as well!
