Cartlidge & Browne Chardonnay

I really appreciate the wine making of Cartlidge & Browne so I was excited to taste their Chardonnay. My palate was pleased with aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, vanilla and similar notes in it's silky apple taste completed with a hint of spice. This Chardonnay was accompanied by Roasted Chicken with Tangerines from Food & Wine Annual Cookbook 2010 which complimented the wine very well.
