What We're Sipping: Cabernet Sauvignon

2009 Beringer Knight Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
As an avid wine drinker, you are definitely familiar with the name Beringer. However, Beringer is no longer your parent's wine. Updated logo, partnership with Michael Buble, and sourcing grapes from a fairly unknown AVA evokes one to reintroduce themselves to the brand. Knight Valley is located in Sonoma County. It's ideal growing conditions are suitable for producing very good Cabernet Sauvignon.
While sipping, you will detect blackberries, and plum, with a hint of smokiness and cocoa. This elegant Cab pairs well with good company and good conversation.
Suggested to those that enjoy: robust Merlot
2009 Beringer Knight Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: $25.99
